Who we are

DIY Home Warrior is published by Vault Digital LLC, a small independent publisher registered in Florida. It is not a media company, a manufacturer, a retailer or a contractor — it is a publisher writing about projects homeowners take on themselves.

The site is reachable at questions@diyhomewarrior.com for anything at all — questions, corrections, complaints, or a request that we delete what we hold about you. A person reads it and answers within two business days.

What we publish

Guides and walkthroughs for backyard structures, woodworking, home repairs and household preparedness — with an emphasis on the parts that decide whether a project succeeds: permits and setbacks, foundations and drainage, honest material lists, and knowing what a plan set should contain before you pay for one.

How we are funded

Affiliate commissions, and nothing else. When we link to a product, plan set or course and a reader buys it, the seller pays us a percentage of the sale. The reader pays the same price either way. We buy advertising to bring readers to articles here, which is why you may have arrived from an ad.

We are not paid for coverage, we do not accept payment to change a conclusion, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by any company we write about. See the Affiliate Disclosure for the full statement.

Rules we hold ourselves to

• No invented evidence. No fabricated reviews, testimonials, customer photographs, or results we did not get.
• No structural performance claims. We do not publish wind or snow load ratings or any similar engineering figure. Those belong to your local code and your site, and to the building department or engineer who can speak to them.
• Costs are examples, not promises. Any figure we publish is a snapshot. Price your own material list locally before you commit to a project.
• Disclosure on the page. Where a link earns us a commission, we say so on that page, not only in this policy.
• No manufactured urgency. We do not run countdown timers, invented deadlines, or "limited time" pressure on offers that have no deadline.
